TMB is Halifax's specialist mortgage division. Through IFAs, they provide mortgages for difficult case, i.e. self-builds and buy-to-lets. We created a campaign with a highly distinctive style and tone of voice, to give TMB a strong positioning and identity, as well as to standout in a competitive market.
