why... |
Creatives rarely show their work to others. It's an unwritten rule that you don't ask to see any, and you keep your own to yourself. So why are we sharing our ideas with everyone when the normal instinct is to keep them hidden? The thing is, opportunities to realise ideas are limited to say the least. If we can't use them, then maybe someone else can benefit from them. Why hold on to them?

the whole truth... |
Now, here's the philosophy behind our work. The ideas we come up with are usually rooted in some kind of truth, a truth about the product or one about the target market. Something the onlooker can find familiarity with straightaway. The reactions should be, "yeah, that's true, I do that", or "yeah, they do do that", or "yeah, it does doesn't it?", that type of thing. This sort of thought should provide a talking point for people to evolve the ad into a conversation, making the ad live longer.
If you're interested in this school of thought then hopefully you'll like what you see. If you're of the clever, clever, "haven't I written a witty line" school, then you are capitalist scum and you should definitely keep your own ideas to yourself, you mean git.
